In an ongoing effort to supply you the consumer with the best possible market data I've recently added these links. The reports attached to each of the links below will be updated about the 15th of each month. The four reports for each geographical location are as follows:
Homes For Sale vs. Homes Sold vs. Homes Pending
This report will detail the previous 15 month time period. It will show you the total number of homes that were available to be purchased (Homes For Sale) in comparison to those that had closed (Sold) in the same month. In addition the report reflects those homes that an offer had been accepted (Pending) but the transaction had yet to close.
Average Home Sold Price per Square Foot
Details the average Dollar per Square Foot that was paid for all homes sold in a given month.
Average Days on Market & Sold/List Price %
Details the Average Number of Days that a property was on the market prior to selling and tells us what percentage the actual purchase price was in comparison to the original asking price.
Months of Inventory Based on Closed Sales
This report calculates how long it would take to sell every property on the market IF no other properties were put on the market. The number of months necessary to purge the market of all available properties is based on the number of previous months sales divided into the total number of available listings.
